Business Intelligence Analyst (Power BI)

Location: Warsaw, Poland; hybrid model with 4 remote days and 1 office day per week

Work within a large-scale banking environment supporting reporting and analytics across finance, risk, operations, and customer domains.

What you will do

• Develop and enhance advanced Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Gather and refine reporting requirements with finance, risk, and operations stakeholders.
• Optimize reporting processes, analytical standards, and reporting automation.
• Create and optimize complex SQL queries and database procedures.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and performance of BI solutions.
• Support continuous improvement of data processes in an Agile delivery environment.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Power BI, including data modeling and dashboard development.
• Very good SQL skills and the ability to write complex queries.
• Experience working with structured banking or financial data.
• Solid understanding of data modeling concepts and 2–5 years of experience in BI or data analytics.
• Experience in structured enterprise environments, ideally banking, with stakeholder-facing communication skills.
• Comfort working in Agile delivery models.

Nice to have

• Exposure to Azure Databricks.
• Experience with regulatory reporting environments.
• Experience optimizing the performance of large-scale BI reports.
