What you will do

• Develop and enhance advanced Power BI reports and dashboards for strategic reporting.
• Collaborate with finance, risk, and operations stakeholders to gather and refine reporting requirements.
• Create and optimize complex SQL queries and database procedures.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and performance of BI solutions.
• Optimize reporting processes and analytical standards across the organization.
• Support the continuous improvement of reporting automation and data processes.

Requirements

• Must be based in Warsaw, Poland for a hybrid work arrangement.
• Strong hands-on experience with Power BI, including data modelling and dashboard development.
• Advanced SQL skills with the ability to write complex queries.
• 2–5 years of experience in BI or data analytics roles.
• Experience working with structured banking or financial data in enterprise environments.
• Comfort working in Agile delivery models and strong stakeholder-facing communication skills.

Nice to have

• Exposure to Azure Databricks.
• Experience in regulatory reporting environments.
• Experience optimizing the performance of large-scale BI reports.
