Product Analyst (Mid/Senior)

Location: 100% remote, from anywhere in Poland

Salary: Mid: 10,400–15,000 PLN gross/month; Senior: 15,000–21,100 PLN gross/month, under an Employment Contract

hirify.global develops SaaS products and is expanding its Data Team to support data-driven product decisions.

What you will do

• Define product metrics and provide insights for Product Managers and the Product Director.
• Use SQL, Python, and BI tools to transform raw data into actionable recommendations.
• Design and evaluate experiments using statistical analysis to improve product performance and user experience.
• Lead analytics initiatives that shape product evolution and business outcomes.
• Collaborate with software engineers and data engineers on tracking and data modelling.
• Work with Product, UX, and Engineering teams to support product improvements.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in product or data analytics, preferably in SaaS.
• Advanced SQL skills and practical experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or Data Studio.
• Basic Python or another programming language, with willingness to develop Python skills; PySpark is an advantage.
• Experience with product tracking, experimentation, product metrics, and statistics.
• Strong collaboration, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Polish at C1 level and English at least at B2 level are required. Experience using AI tools and Git/GitLab is also required.
