TL;DR

Regional Director, Healthcare Strategic Sales (SaaS): Leading a high-performing sales team to drive strategic growth across Payers, Providers, Life Sciences, and Medical Device verticals with an accent on sales excellence and revenue expansion. Focus on mentoring field account executives, optimizing sales pipeline forecasting, and building executive-level customer relationships.

Location: Remote (USA - East Coast)

Salary: $320,000 – $450,000 OTE per year

What you will do

  • Build, mentor, and manage a team of 7-9 Field Strategic Healthcare Account Executives to foster a high-performance culture.
  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies to consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Oversee sales pipeline management, ensuring accurate forecasting and effective deal progression.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key customers, prospects, and partners to drive satisfaction and incremental revenue.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Solution Engineering, Customer Success, and Channel teams.
  • Analyze market trends and competitive activities to identify new business growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in technology sales.
  • At least 5 years in a front-line sales leadership role specifically within the healthcare industry.
  • Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth within the Healthcare vertical.
  • Expertise in value-based selling and consultative sales methodologies.
  • Must be based on the US East Coast.
  • Not eligible for employment-based immigration sponsorship.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of EUC, VDI, UEM, or DaaS solutions.
