TL;DR

Regional Sales Director (Enterprise SaaS): Leading and coaching a team of Enterprise Account Executives to drive revenue growth for a DataOps platform in the Northeastern US with an accent on complex platform deals and territory strategy. Focus on implementing enterprise methodologies like MEDDIC, scaling high-quality revenue motions, and mentoring sales talent.

Location: Hybrid (New York City, Boston). Must be based in the Northeastern US

Salary: $400,000 - $425,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Enterprise AEs.
  • Shape GTM strategy, including territory planning and ABM campaigns.
  • Maintain a disciplined operating rhythm through 1:1s, pipeline reviews, and QBRs.
  • Design winning strategies for complex platform sales, aligning SE, Product, and Partnerships.
  • Hire top talent and partner with Recruiting to build a diverse, inclusive team.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and CS to grow NRR and execute land-and-expand strategies.

Requirements

  • 5+ years leading first-line Enterprise AE teams with consistent quota attainment.
  • Mastery of enterprise methodologies such as MEDDIC or Command of the Message.
  • Proven strength in executive storytelling, platform selling, and stakeholder orchestration.
  • Data-driven approach to pipeline management and forecasting.
  • A coaching-first leadership style with a track record of mentoring sellers.
  • Must be based in the Northeastern US to support hybrid office locations in NYC and Boston.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling complex platforms in data, DevOps, infra, or adjacent enterprise SaaS.
  • A mix of startup/scaleup and large-company experience.
  • Experience building regional playbooks and territory design.
  • Track record of hiring and onboarding diverse enterprise sellers.
