Solutions Sales Director (Microsoft Cloud): Leading and growing a high-performing team of solution sellers to drive cloud services revenue across Azure, Data & AI, and Digital Workplace with an accent on strategic account management and enterprise growth. Location: Must be based in the United States (excluding Hawaii). The role is remote-friendly with potential hybrid requirements for those near Nashville or Milwaukee offices.
Compensation: $310,000 – $340,000 USD (base + bonus).

What you will do
- Achieve annual sales targets for cloud services including Azure, Data & AI, and Digital Workplace.
- Coach and mentor a team of approximately 7 solution sellers to drive high performance.
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies for cloud technology services.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and executives within target accounts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, presales, and customer success.
- Drive accurate sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States (excluding Hawaii).
- Extensive enterprise technology sales experience with a focus on cloud solutions.
- 3–5 years of experience in sales management roles.
- Deep understanding of Microsoft cloud services, IaaS, and SaaS models.
- Proficiency in structured sales frameworks such as MEDDIC or BANT.
- Ability to travel approximately 30-35% of the time.
