Location: Remote (occasional travel to NYC HQ)

Salary: $230,000 - $260,000 target total compensation

What you will do

  • Own revenue targets for Insights and Referrals across healthcare delivery organizations and digital health companies.
  • Run end-to-end sales execution: prospecting, discovery, solution positioning, contracting, and close.
  • Track, manage, and forecast sales pipeline and deal activity with high accuracy and discipline.
  • Partner with the SVP and cross-functional teams to share market feedback and support positioning and go-to-market initiatives.
  • Provide structured market feedback to inform product roadmap and future growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • Experience in a quota-carrying sales role with clear ownership of revenue outcomes.
  • Experience selling into healthcare delivery organizations, digital health companies, or provider-adjacent technology platforms.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles involving clinical, operational, and executive decision-makers.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to clearly articulate a data-driven value proposition.
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment with high ownership and accountability.
