Location: Remote (Must be based in the United States)
Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 USD (OTE)

What you will do
- Execute a portfolio of renewal contracts in an assigned territory, ensuring on-time closure.
- Partner with Account Executives to develop and execute win/win negotiation strategies to maximize long-term contract value.
- Manage the end-to-end renewal process, including quotes, forecasting, and coordinating with legal and procurement.
- Identify growth opportunities and expansion potential within the customer portfolio.
- Maintain accurate renewal forecasts and communicate risks to internal leadership.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Legal teams.
Requirements
- 3+ years of customer-facing experience at a SaaS or Software company.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Experience managing strategic and enterprise-level accounts.
- Proficiency with Salesforce CRM.
- Strong negotiation skills and financial acumen.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with Gainsight or other enterprise CRM/customer service applications.
- Experience leveraging AI to drive operational efficiencies.
- Proven track record of negotiating complex multi-year service contracts.
- Ability to conduct persuasive value conversations at the executive level.
