Location: Remote (Must be based in the United States)

Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 USD (OTE)

What you will do

  • Execute a portfolio of renewal contracts in an assigned territory, ensuring on-time closure.
  • Partner with Account Executives to develop and execute win/win negotiation strategies to maximize long-term contract value.
  • Manage the end-to-end renewal process, including quotes, forecasting, and coordinating with legal and procurement.
  • Identify growth opportunities and expansion potential within the customer portfolio.
  • Maintain accurate renewal forecasts and communicate risks to internal leadership.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Legal teams.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of customer-facing experience at a SaaS or Software company.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Experience managing strategic and enterprise-level accounts.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM.
  • Strong negotiation skills and financial acumen.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Gainsight or other enterprise CRM/customer service applications.
  • Experience leveraging AI to drive operational efficiencies.
  • Proven track record of negotiating complex multi-year service contracts.
  • Ability to conduct persuasive value conversations at the executive level.
