TL;DR
Sales Leader (HVAC & Plumbing): Driving growth for HVAC, Controls, and Plumbing business across the UK and Ireland with an accent on the WHO segment and strategic customer relationships. Focus on developing sales strategies, leading specification-driven pull-through activities, and managing the commercial organization.
Location: St. Neots, UK (Regular travel within the UK required)

What you will do
- Develop and execute the UK sales strategy for HVAC & Controls and Plumbing segments.
- Drive sustainable sales growth and expand market share across the UK and Ireland.
- Build strategic relationships with consultants, installers, contractors, and wholesale partners.
- Lead specification-driven sales and pull strategies to increase product adoption.
- Manage sales forecasting, pipeline tracking, and business reporting.
- Coach and develop the commercial organization, directly managing regional sales managers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, HVAC, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- 7–10 years of commercial experience within HVAC, plumbing, Controls, or building services.
- Proven leadership experience managing sales teams and driving commercial performance.
- Deep understanding of the UK & Ireland HVAC and plumbing distribution landscape.
- Full UK driving license.
- Ability to travel regularly within the UK.
