What you will do
- Identify, develop, and secure new enterprise sales opportunities within Defence and government sectors.
- Lead end-to-end sales activities, including qualification, proposal development, and complex negotiations.
- Build and maintain high-level relationships with senior stakeholders, procurement teams, and partners.
- Develop and implement scalable sales systems, processes, and reporting frameworks.
- Mentor sales team members to improve capability, consistency, and overall performance.
- Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure solutions align with customer requirements.
Requirements
- Proven track record of sales into MoD or similar large enterprise environments.
- Experience taking deals from early concept through to full commercial closure.
- Ability to influence customers to shape requirements and establish vendor status as a single source supplier.
- Experience working in an agile startup environment with high autonomy.
- Strong networking skills across all organizational levels.
- Demonstrable experience overcoming complex enterprise sales challenges.
