What you will do

  • Own full accountability for the Business Development team’s monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
  • Recruit, onboard, and coach a high-performing BD team to transition them into strategic consultants.
  • Implement rigorous CRM hygiene and forecasting models to provide real-time pipeline visibility.
  • Identify and nurture strategic partnerships with tech platforms and agencies to drive qualified referrals.
  • Refine sales scripts, proposal templates, and scoping processes to ensure profitable, high-impact work.
  • Collaborate closely with the CEO to align sales targets with company capacity and scaling goals.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of Sales/Business Development experience.
  • 3+ years in a leadership role specifically within a marketing agency or professional services environment.
  • Proven track record of selling services as a product and navigating complex agency-client lifecycles.
  • Strong financial acumen with a focus on agency economics and high-margin deal prioritization.
  • Strategic fluency in digital marketing (SEO, PPC, Paid Social, Attribution).
  • Must be based in the United States.
