What you will do

• Own design outcomes end-to-end, from defining the problem through delivery and iteration.
• Lead product discovery by embedding with users, conducting research, and mapping real workflows.
• Translate complex operational data and system states into clear, actionable interfaces with a priority on usability.
• Prototype and validate ideas using Figma and Claude before committing to engineering time.
• Partner in a product triad to shape problems and connect design decisions to measurable outcomes.
• Contribute to the Experience Design practice by maintaining the design system and participating in critiques.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in product design or UX with a strong portfolio of shipped work.
• Must be based in the US.
• Experience with operational or technical domains, such as internal tooling, B2B SaaS, or enterprise software.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including systems thinking, prototyping, and developer handoff.
• Experience integrating AI tools into design workflows.
• Solid understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and their impact on design.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare, health-tech, or regulated environments.
• Experience contributing to or scaling design systems across multiple teams.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
