TL;DR

Customer Development Representative (Cybersecurity): Driving growth within the SMB/Corporate segment by qualifying existing customers for cross-sell and up-sell opportunities with an accent on lead generation and CRM pipeline management. Focus on scheduling product demonstrations and developing creative marketing campaigns across email and social media.

Location: Must be located in or near Barcelona, Spain (regular office attendance mandatory twice a week)

What you will do

  • Support Account Managers within the SMB/Corporate segment for customer sales.
  • Evaluate existing customers and schedule product demonstrations between Sales Representatives and potential clients.
  • Identify and qualify existing customers to drive cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
  • Develop and execute creative marketing campaigns via email and social media.
  • Manage a pipeline of leads and opportunities using Salesforce.com and other CRM tools.

Requirements

  • Native Spanish speaker and fluent English (C1+) required.
  • Must be based in or near Barcelona, Spain.
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to articulate technical information clearly.
  • Proven track record of succeeding in goal-driven, metrics-based environments.
  • Strong time management, organizational skills, and a self-disciplined approach.
  • Competitive nature combined with a collaborative team mindset.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in business development or inside sales.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce.com or similar CRM platforms.
