What you will do
- Monitor market conversations and identify reactive opportunities to act as the brand's "ears" in the market.
- Engage directly with the community by responding to comments and messages.
- Create agile, trending "Reactive Content" for social platforms.
- Identify and leverage current social trends to drive brand growth.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Community Management or content creation.
- Professional proficiency in both French and English (written and spoken).
- Full proficiency in TikTok and Instagram.
- Proven ability in mobile video creation.
- Informal and relatable copywriting style.
Nice to have
- Previous experience with P&G or within the Baby Care category.
- Knowledge of additional languages.
