General Manager - Roseville (Interior Design)

Location: Roseville, California, United States; studio-based role

Salary: $80,000–$85,000 per year, with potential commission, performance-based bonus, geographic premium, discretionary incentive, and equity awards.

What you will do

• Lead, motivate, coach, train, and recognize the studio team through goal setting and regular feedback.
• Manage the full talent acquisition lifecycle and partner with Human Resources on performance management.
• Maintain studio procedures, visual directives, product presentation, and housekeeping standards.
• Lead floorplan creation, design presentations, weekly trade activities, and home visits.
• Manage profit and expense-control goals while sharing business insights and growth strategies with the Regional Manager.

Requirements

• Retail management experience is preferred.
• Demonstrated design skills and a passion for the design profession.
• Financial literacy, business acumen, and the ability to manage budget responsibilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, web navigation, and 3D rendering programs.
• Ability to routinely move objects weighing more than 20 pounds and follow safety requirements.
