What you will do

• Lead, motivate, and coach a studio team through goal setting and consistent feedback.
• Manage the full talent acquisition life cycle and partner with HR for performance management.
• Ensure studio procedures, visual directives, and housekeeping standards are followed to maximize profit.
• Oversee the creation of floorplans, design presentations, and home visits.
• Collaborate with the Regional Manager to share business insights and develop growth strategies.

Requirements

• Retail management experience (preferred).
• Demonstrated design skills and a passion for the design profession.
• Financial literacy and the ability to manage budgetary responsibilities.
• Proficiency with MS Office and 3D rendering programs.
• Physical ability to routinely move objects weighing more than 20 pounds.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (E-Verify participating)
