What you will do

• Act as a finance business partner for GTM teams, providing strategic insights and financial modeling to influence decisions.
• Own the financial validation process for complex deals, including payment terms, booking rules, and margin protection.
• Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards to track North Star metrics such as ARR, ACV, Net Retention, and LTV/CAC.
• Manage monthly and quarterly booking forecasts to identify risks and opportunities in the sales pipeline.
• Drive the validation process for complex commission structures to align sales behavior with financial goals.
• Partner with product teams to build business cases for new features and evaluate impacts on billing models.

Requirements

• 4+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, or Sales Operations, preferably in a high-growth SaaS environment.
• High proficiency in Tableau, advanced Excel/Google Sheets, and CRM (SalesForce).
• Deep understanding of SaaS financial metrics.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
• English: Proficiency required.
