Senior Accountant

What you will do

• Manage month-end entries, including Payroll, Accruals, and PO reviews/approvals.
• Take ownership of monthly balance sheet reconciliations and flux analysis.
• Partner with FP&A to provide analysis and commentary supporting business decisions.
• Lead statutory reporting, audits, and local compliance for EMEA entities.
• Identify and implement process improvements using automation, AI (Copilot), and Alteryx.
• Provide informal mentorship and guidance to junior team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or equivalent certification strongly preferred.
• 5+ years of accounting experience with a focus on month-end close and balance sheet ownership.
• Strong expertise in US GAAP and various local GAAPs.
• Experience working within a fast-paced, global or multi-entity environment.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) and advanced Excel skills.
• Must be proficient in applying generative AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT) to accelerate workflows and improve quality.

Nice to have

• Experience with Alteryx, Snowflake, or Blackline.
• Proficiency with Claude.
