What you will do

• Provide first-line operational support for resellers, ISCs, and ePOS partners to resolve onboarding queries.
• Coordinate the partner lifecycle, including merchant setup, application checks, and internal hand-offs.
• Manage ePOS partner integrations and merchant referral processes.
• Resolve commission, residual, and bounty queries in collaboration with finance and commercial teams.
• Handle terminal delivery and activation issues to ensure merchants go live.
• Identify operational gaps and contribute to process improvements and documentation.

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales support, operations, or customer onboarding.
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Analytical mindset with comfort working with numbers and metrics to spot trends.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, finance, and operations teams.
• Must be based in Madrid, Spain (Hybrid).
