TL;DR
Manager, Revenue Strategy & Enablement (Fintech): Driving revenue growth across EMEA by designing and delivering enablement programs, training, and onboarding for commercial teams with an accent on GTM priorities and sales execution. Focus on scaling AI-enabled sales workflows, optimizing the commercial operating rhythm, and improving rep effectiveness through data-driven coaching.

What you will do
- Partner with Commercial and Revenue Strategy leaders to identify high-leverage enablement initiatives that drive funnel growth.
- Translate GTM priorities into actionable enablement programs for both core and new products.
- Develop and deliver high-impact onboarding and product training to accelerate time-to-productivity for reps.
- Lead the design and rollout of scalable content, AI tools, and systems to improve deal velocity and effectiveness.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to strengthen the commercial operating rhythm, including SKOs and training cadences.
- Analyze funnel performance and sales data to identify gaps and guide coaching efforts.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Revenue Enablement, Sales, or a related field, preferably within financial services.
- Proven track record of designing and delivering sales training, onboarding, and enablement content.
- Experience with Salesforce (or similar CRM) and modern sales tech stacks such as Gong, Outreach, and Highspot.
- Demonstrated ability to coach commercial talent through structured feedback and performance initiatives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong cross-functional management abilities.
- Based in or able to work from London, Barcelona, Amsterdam, or Berlin.
Nice to have
- Experience in a high-growth fintech or technology scale-up environment.
- Previous experience working specifically with EMEA Sales Teams.
- Experience implementing and scaling AI-enabled sales workflows.
- Fluency in English and at least one additional European language (Spanish, Dutch, German, or French).
