TL;DR

Marketing Manager (CRO) (Fintech): Scaling end-to-end growth and overseeing paid acquisition performance across core markets with an accent on landing page optimization and conversion rate testing. Focus on driving acquisition efficiency, managing cross-functional experimentation roadmaps, and analyzing large datasets to improve funnel performance.

Location: Must be based in Portugal, Romania, Spain, or the UK (Hybrid options available in Barcelona, Bucharest, Lisbon, and Madrid).

What you will do

  • Own growth and performance across paid channels, managing budget allocation and campaign optimization.
  • Lead landing page creation and the CRO testing roadmap, including ideation, execution, and analysis.
  • Collaborate with Product, Design, Analytics, and web teams to improve user journeys and funnel conversion.
  • Drive technical and process projects to enable faster website updates and scalable experimentation.
  • Identify opportunities to improve conversion efficiency through messaging, page structure, and form optimization.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in performance marketing or relevant academic background.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Expertise in Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, GA4, and GTM.
  • Strong knowledge of web attribution and experimentation frameworks like incrementality testing.
  • Ability to analyze large datasets and extract actionable insights.
  • KPI-driven mindset with a focus on measurable outcomes.

  • Understanding of marketing in regulated industries like fintech.
  • Familiarity with in-app marketing.
