• Provide leadership, mentoring, and development for junior and mid-level marketing team members.
• Collaborate with editorial, sales, and data teams to identify cross-promotional growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Proven track record in designing and delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Experience in the commercialization of events and managing high-performing teams.
