What you will do

• Manage and execute end-to-end growth campaigns across Search, Social, and App channels.
• Partner with agency teams to ensure campaign performance aligns with business expectations.
• Optimize media spend and balance budgets across diverse geographies and platforms.
• Own creative briefing, reporting, and performance feedback loops.
• Analyze data from multiple sources to provide actionable insights for key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with analytics, product, and creative teams to evolve acquisition strategies.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in growth marketing and full-funnel program implementation.
• Expertise in media buying on platforms such as Google, Meta, and TikTok.
• Proven track record of managing paid media programs from strategy to execution.
• Technical proficiency in event setup, UTM tracking, and multi-touch attribution.
• Experience working on complex programs spanning multiple geographies and languages.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment with 50% office attendance in London.
