What you will do
- Own full-cycle recruiting for Engineering and Operations roles, focusing on high-quality pipelines over quantity.
- Partner with hiring managers to calibrate scorecards, advise on process, and maintain search momentum.
- Develop creative messaging and A/B test outreach strategies to attract top-tier operators.
- Track and own key recruitment metrics including time to close and headcount goals.
- Collaborate across the organization to support various hiring needs in the US and Europe.
Requirements
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably with a technical focus.
- Must be based in Belgrade for on-site work.
- Experience working in high-accountability environments such as startups or fintech.
- Proven ability to utilize AI tools to increase recruiting leverage and efficiency.
- Strong operational discipline and a track record of consistently meeting performance goals.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills to persuade top talent.
