What you will do
- Act as a strategic TA partner for the Services department, aligning hiring plans and priorities with stakeholders.
- Own the end-to-end recruitment cycle from intake and requirement-setting to the final offer.
- Proactively source and build passive pipelines for high-priority and recurring role types.
- Utilize market data and benchmarks to advise hiring managers on compensation and talent availability.
- Implement structured assessments and competency models to ensure a high quality of hire.
- Lead and develop two recruiters by providing structured feedback and supporting their professional growth.
Requirements
- Solid full-cycle recruiting experience within B2B SaaS, fintech, or professional services.
- Proven track record of establishing advisory relationships with hiring managers.
- Experience implementing AI tools within a recruiting workflow.
- Data literacy with the ability to use pipeline metrics and benchmarks for decision-making.
- Experience mentoring or guiding other experienced colleagues in a lead capacity.
- Must be already based in Amsterdam.
