What you will do

• Own the full recruiting lifecycle from kickoff through offer with precision and velocity.
• Design and execute creative sourcing strategies to engage top-tier engineering talent.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to define talent needs and build effective hiring strategies.
• Lead candidate outreach and conduct interviews that identify both skill and potential.
• Build and maintain a rich pipeline of high-caliber talent for current and future needs.
• Monitor metrics and analyze data trends to refine recruiting processes.

Requirements

• 6+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience with a track record of closing engineering talent.
• Deep expertise in advanced sourcing techniques and outreach strategies.
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Clear, persuasive communication skills to build trust with stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and resourceful approach to work.
• Must be based in the United States.
