What you will do

• Own the end-to-end hiring strategy for Engineering and Operations functions.
• Design and refine search, interview, and calibration playbooks to standardize high hiring bars.
• Represent hirify.global at events to strengthen the talent brand and improve competitive positioning.
• Utilize a data-driven approach to recruitment, including A/B testing messaging and tracking key metrics.
• Collaborate on hiring needs for roles based in the United States and Europe.

Requirements

• Must be based in Belgrade (On-site)
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong technical emphasis.
• Proven experience recruiting for senior or leadership-level positions.
• Background working in high-accountability environments like startups or fintech.
• Strong ability to leverage AI tools and data to optimize recruiting leverage.
• Track record of consistently hitting performance goals and closing successful hires.
