What you will do

• Manage facility operations for offices and guesthouses, including landlord communication and rent/utility payments.
• Oversee office space allocation, visitor registration, and petty cash management.
• Coordinate office supplies, stationery, and hygiene needs through the procurement department.
• Organize internal and external meetings, venue bookings, and equipment setup.
• Arrange local travel, hotel reservations, and train bookings for national and expatriate staff.

Requirements

• Degree in Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within humanitarian or development programs.
• Fluency in Ukrainian and English is required.
• Must be based in Kyiv, Ukraine.
• Ability to handle pressure and work effectively with people from different cultures.
