What you will do
- Manage facility operations for offices and guesthouses, including landlord communication and rent/utility payments.
- Oversee office space allocation, visitor registration, and petty cash management.
- Coordinate office supplies, stationery, and hygiene needs through the procurement department.
- Organize internal and external meetings, venue bookings, and equipment setup.
- Arrange local travel, hotel reservations, and train bookings for national and expatriate staff.
Requirements
- Degree in Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within humanitarian or development programs.
- Fluency in Ukrainian and English is required.
- Must be based in Kyiv, Ukraine.
- Ability to handle pressure and work effectively with people from different cultures.
