What you will do

• Develop and execute tiered partner strategies and annual plans for North and West Africa.
• Drive key metrics including cost efficiencies, speed, quality, and new product enablement with strategic partners.
• Negotiate renewals, amendments, and economics to expand product footprint and drive growth.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, legal, and treasury teams to evolve partnerships.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving complex financial, operational, and regulatory partner escalations.
• Cultivate relationships with regulators and industry associations to ensure alignment with hirify.global's mission.

Requirements

• 7+ years of strategic partnerships experience in the Remittance or Payments space.
• Fluent French language proficiency (must-have).
• Robust understanding of consumer payments and cross-border money movements in North and West Africa.
• Proven ability to influence and negotiate both externally with partners and internally with stakeholders.
• Ability to travel frequently.
• Strong cross-functional communication skills.
