Salary: $128,000 - $160,000 (base) + bonus + equity

What you will do

  • Lead consultative enterprise sales cycles for global institutional investors and large financial institutions.
  • Build and expand strategic relationships with key institutional clients to drive new business and multi-year expansion.
  • Develop and execute multi-year account plans aligned with client priorities and GTM strategy.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Solutions Engineering, Client Success, and Product Management to ensure high-quality client experiences.
  • Engage with C-level stakeholders to advance strategic opportunities and deliver meaningful business outcomes.
  • Act as a brand evangelist to expand hirify.global's presence and differentiation in the institutional market.

Requirements

  • Significant experience leading complex SaaS or platform sales cycles, preferably within wealth management or financial services.
  • Proven track record of long-term quota attainment and delivery of exceptional client outcomes.
  • Strong executive communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas to senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to navigate large organizations and align solutions to broad business objectives.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship (e.g., no H-1B or F-1/OPT).
  • Self-directed mindset with the ability to operate autonomously in a high-growth environment.
