What you will do

• Source, negotiate, and onboard licensed collection channels, including exchange houses, banks, PSPs, and wallets in Saudi Arabia and the UAE.
• Prioritize payment channels by coverage, cost, and acceptance rate while building pay-in rails for the GCC–Philippines corridor.
• Set up FX flows, liquidity, nostro account management, settlement terms, and reconciliation with the Philippine side.
• Lead negotiations covering pricing, unit economics, FX margins, settlement terms, volume thresholds, and SLAs.
• Coordinate with Compliance and Legal on KYC/AML/CTF requirements and regulator engagements with SAMA, CBUAE, and BSP.
• Work with Treasury, Product, Engineering, Finance, and Compliance to launch the corridor and achieve target volumes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in cross-border payments, remittance, or fintech, including payment corridor development.
• Understanding of remittance licensing, foreign exchange, settlement, pay-in channels, and payout rails.
• Strong commercial acumen across pricing, unit economics, ROI, and partner negotiations.
• Solid understanding of KYC/AML/CTF requirements.
• Full-stack ownership, bias to action, and readiness to work in a zero-to-one environment.
• Fluent English required; regular travel required.

Nice to have

• Experience building corridors between the GCC and Asia.
• Arabic language skills.
• Knowledge of the Philippine market.
