What you will do

• Lead real estate projects from early-stage development through construction and financial closing.
• Draft and negotiate landowner agreements, leases, easements, and governmental permits.
• Manage title commitments, perform curative title work, and coordinate ALTA surveys.
• Conduct real estate due diligence for M&A projects, evaluating risks and liabilities for executive review.
• Manage external real estate vendors, outside counsel, and internal cross-functional teams.
• Oversee financial aspects including payment requests, purchase orders, and budget tracking.

Requirements

• Must be based in Houston, TX.
• Bachelor’s degree, paralegal certificate, or minimum of 5 years of relevant real estate experience.
• 5+ years of experience with commercial title and survey coordination.
• Proven experience closing large financial transactions, including construction debt and tax equity.
• Ability to interpret complex legal documents, title reports, and ALTA surveys.
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of QuickBase, SAP Fiori, ArcGIS, Ironclad, and Procore.
