What you will do

• Lead the annual budget cycle, including end-to-end planning, alignment, and consolidation across the organization.
• Build and maintain ad hoc financial models to support decisions on headcount, pricing, and cost optimization.
• Own rolling forecasts by incorporating actuals and evolving assumptions for a reliable financial view.
• Prepare monthly management reporting and variance analysis, utilizing AI tools to accelerate delivery.
• Drive the evolution of FP&A processes and dashboards with a strong focus on automation.
• Act as a strategic partner to business leads, translating financial complexity into actionable insights.

Requirements

• Advanced financial modelling expertise with Excel as a core skill.
• Proven experience owning end-to-end budgeting and forecasting cycles.
• Highly proficient in integrating AI into daily workflows for modelling and analysis.
• Ability to communicate complex financial data to non-finance stakeholders in async, remote environments.
• Must be based in Germany, Spain, Portugal, or the UK.

Nice to have

• Experience with FP&A tools such as Abacum or similar.
• Proficiency in SQL or basic data querying.
