Senior Finance Business Partner (Ecommerce): Co-steering the financial performance of the German market with an accent on profitability, unit economics, and commercial decision-making. Location: Cologne, Germany. Hybrid work possible; up to 20 days per year from anywhere in the EU.

What you will do
- Act as a financial advisor to the German management team, providing insights for strategic and day-to-day decision-making.
- Track and analyze key financial and operational KPIs to optimize profitability and unit economics.
- Evaluate commercial initiatives through fact-based business cases, profitability analyses, and scenario modelling.
- Enhance forecasting and planning processes by leveraging modern data-driven methodologies.
- Lead and develop an FP&A analyst/controller within a growth-oriented team culture.
Requirements
- University degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in Controlling/FP&A within a commercial, e-commerce, or highly digital consumer-oriented environment.
- Proven experience in senior business partnering with Commercial, Marketing, or Country Management stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of customer economics (e.g., CLV, marketing ROI) and forecasting.
- Advanced analytical skills and expertise in Excel (PowerPivot, PowerQuery).
- Fluent in both German and English.
