What you will do

• Own and improve monthly management reporting to ensure clarity and accuracy.
• Translate financial and operational results into structured narratives for leadership.
• Identify trends and deviations to provide deep-dive analyses and actionable insights.
• Drive automation and standardization of reporting workflows to reduce manual effort.
• Collaborate with FP&A, Accounting, and BI teams to align on data definitions and messaging.
• Prepare high-quality management and board-level presentations.

Requirements

• 4–7+ years of experience in Controlling, Reporting, or FP&A.
• Proven track record in building high-quality reporting and insight frameworks.
• Strong financial storytelling skills with the ability to translate data into clear narratives.
• Proficiency in reporting and BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Fluency in English is required (German is a plus).
• Strong drive for process improvement and operational excellence.

Nice to have

• Experience in high-growth or transformation environments.
• Exposure to data modeling or automation tools like SQL or Python.
• Understanding of end-to-end finance processes (FP&A, Accounting, ERP).
• Professional qualification such as CIMA, ACCA, or CFA.
