What you will do

• Own the planning, forecasting, and reporting processes for Pharma Operations and Human Resources.
• Deliver monthly performance analyses, variance reporting, and management presentations.
• Act as a strategic sparring partner to the Head of HR and Executive Director of Pharma Operations.
• Develop and support business cases for strategic investments and transformation initiatives.
• Drive the implementation and continuous enhancement of the FP&A platform.
• Explore and implement AI-driven solutions and advanced analytics to elevate finance capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or Accounting.
• 4–6 years of experience in FP&A, Business Controlling, or Financial Analysis.
• Strong financial modelling skills and expertise in performance management.
• Advanced Excel skills, including Power Query and Power Pivot.
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating across international teams.
