What you will do

  • Build and lead a high-performing global sales team targeting hirify.global's most strategic accounts.
  • Define the global strategy for customer identification, prioritization, and conversion of custom opportunities.
  • Establish and maintain executive-level relationships with hyperscalers, OEMs, and automotive leaders.
  • Lead complex deal strategies, commercial negotiations, and business case development over long sales cycles.
  • Partner with internal executive leadership to shape profitable and scalable custom silicon solutions.
  • Translate market hirify.globalligence and competitive insights into strategic planning and portfolio decisions.

Requirements

  • Must be located in the United States.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • 12+ years of experience in semiconductor, ASIC, SoC, foundry, or complex silicon solution sales.
  • 5+ years of people management experience leading senior or specialist sales talent.
  • Deep knowledge of the ASIC market landscape, customer decision criteria, and competitive dynamics.
  • Strong financial acumen, including investment case development and margin analysis.

Nice to have

  • MBA or advanced technical degree.
  • Experience with hyperscale, cloud, data center, networking, or high-performance computing customers.
  • Understanding of NRE structures, wafer supply, packaging, and yield considerations.
  • Experience scaling geographically distributed sales teams.
