What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop the Business Analytics team, setting priorities and ensuring a high analytical bar.
• Act as the primary analytical partner for Growth, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Operations leaders.
• Design and evaluate A/B tests and holdouts, translating results into rigorous business decisions.
• Build and maintain critical forecasts and goal-sizing targets for executive leadership.
• Establish and uphold best practices for analytical rigor, reproducibility, and insight communication.
• Collaborate with Data Science and Engineering to optimize the data stack, tooling, and models.

Requirements

• 5+ years in business, growth, or product analytics with a track record of influencing decisions.
• 2+ years of experience leading or mentoring analysts.
• Advanced SQL proficiency and fluency with BI tooling (Looker, Tableau, or similar).
• Strong grounding in experimentation, causal thinking, and cohort/funnel analysis.
• Experience in consumer, subscription, or marketplace business models.
• Must be based in Argentina.

Nice to have

• Comfort with the modern data stack, specifically Snowflake, BigQuery, and dbt.
