What you will do

• Provide day-to-day legal advice on commercial, corporate, and operational matters for Spanish entities.
• Draft, review, and negotiate diverse commercial agreements including supplier, technology, and marketing contracts.
• Monitor legislative developments and manage relationships with regulatory authorities like the DGOJ.
• Support corporate governance, restructurings, and strategic legal projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, and Finance to provide pragmatic legal guidance.
• Manage external legal advisors to ensure cost-effective specialist support.

Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with a Law Degree and admission to a Spanish Bar Association.
• Excellent communication skills in both Spanish (C2) and English (C1).
• Proven experience in commercial, corporate, or in-house legal practice.
• Strong experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
• Experience working within a highly regulated industry such as iGaming, fintech, or banking.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Previous exposure to the Dirección General de Ordenación del Juego (DGOJ) or Spanish online gambling regulations.
• Experience engaging with regulatory authorities or supervisory bodies.
• Exposure to corporate transactions, M&A, or restructuring projects.
