Legal Counsel (AI)

What you will do

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, including technology and software services, procurement, intellectual property, R&D agreements, and NDAs.
• Advise on tenders and provide commercially focused legal recommendations across different jurisdictions.
• Support commercial disputes, litigation, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with external counsel.
• Advise on AI legal issues and support compliant use of AI tools under hirify.global’s governance framework.
• Support corporate projects and legal initiatives, and deliver training on key legal topics.

Requirements

• Qualification to practice law in England and Wales is required; suitable qualifications in other European jurisdictions may also be considered.
• At least two years of relevant post-qualification experience in private practice and/or an in-house legal role.
• Strong commercial contract drafting, negotiation, presentation, analytical, organisational, and influencing skills.
• Commercial judgement, diplomacy, conflict-resolution ability, accountability, flexibility, and client focus.
• Fluent English required; additional language skills or experience in other legal jurisdictions would be useful.
