What you will do

• Define and lead a global partnership strategy aligned with business priorities and local market needs.
• Identify, secure, and scale partnerships with digital platforms, technology providers, fintechs, content creators, and adjacent service providers.
• Structure and negotiate co-development, integration, co-marketing, and strategic alliance agreements.
• Work cross-functionally with Product, M&A, Legal, Marketing, Data, Technology, and Country Teams.
• Own partnership performance, including KPIs, usage metrics, and business impact.
• Act as the global partnership contact across 30 countries and represent hirify.global externally.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or corporate strategy.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable impact through partnerships.
• Strong understanding of value creation across B2B, B2C, and B2B2C models.
• Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Fluent English and French required.
• Experience in global or multi-market roles is highly valued.
