What you will do

  • Act as the central point of contact and advisor for sales teams regarding partner strategies.
  • Design and deliver sales enablement training to equip teams with partner knowledge.
  • Lead portfolio screenings to identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities.
  • Execute outbound lead generation strategies including cold calls, emails, and social outreach.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a clean, active, and predictable pipeline.
  • Reactivate stalled deals and provide strategic feedback to optimize partner engagement.

Requirements

  • Native-level German and fluent English proficiency.
  • Previous experience in Sales, Customer Success, or Partnerships.
  • Tech-savvy with a strong passion for digital innovation.
  • Ability to engage prospects through high-volume cold calling and networking.
  • Strong organizational skills and a detail-oriented approach to pipeline management.
  • Must be based in or able to work from Barcelona, Spain.

Nice to have

  • Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Loom, Excel, or Notion.
  • Background in Partnerships or Sales within a SaaS or digital environment.
  • Proven track record in building and executing successful outbound campaigns.
