Salary: 70,000 - 80,000 € per year

What you will do
- Build and own the partnerships acquisition channel with accountants, bookkeepers, and tax advisors.
- Identify, negotiate, and close referral and integration partnerships to drive sign-ups and revenue.
- Develop and execute a tailored go-to-market strategy for the local accounting ecosystem.
- Collaborate with Product teams to prioritize local integrations and ensure a seamless user experience.
- Manage the full partner lifecycle, from sourcing and onboarding to ongoing account management.
- Analyze partner-driven acquisition metrics (CAC, conversion, retention) to optimize impact.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or channel sales.
- Proven track record of negotiating and closing commercial deals with third-party companies.
- Native or fluent command of Italian.
- Strong working English.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data tools like Google Sheets and Excel.
- Must be based in or able to work from the Milan office.
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech, B2B SaaS, or payment services.
- Existing network of accounting software vendors or tax advisors in the local market.
- Familiarity with local invoicing software ecosystems.
- Experience launching affiliate or channel-partner programs.
