Salary: 70,000 - 80,000 € per year

What you will do

  • Build and own the partnerships acquisition channel with accountants, bookkeepers, and tax advisors.
  • Identify, negotiate, and close referral and integration partnerships to drive sign-ups and revenue.
  • Develop and execute a tailored go-to-market strategy for the local accounting ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with Product teams to prioritize local integrations and ensure a seamless user experience.
  • Manage the full partner lifecycle, from sourcing and onboarding to ongoing account management.
  • Analyze partner-driven acquisition metrics (CAC, conversion, retention) to optimize impact.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or channel sales.
  • Proven track record of negotiating and closing commercial deals with third-party companies.
  • Native or fluent command of Italian.
  • Strong working English.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data tools like Google Sheets and Excel.
  • Must be based in or able to work from the Milan office.

Nice to have

  • Experience in fintech, B2B SaaS, or payment services.
  • Existing network of accounting software vendors or tax advisors in the local market.
  • Familiarity with local invoicing software ecosystems.
  • Experience launching affiliate or channel-partner programs.
