What you will do

  • Generate new business leads through industry events, speaking opportunities, and proactive LinkedIn outreach.
  • Identify new use cases and whitespace areas to support market expansion and growth.
  • Develop strategic partnerships and accelerate the sales pipeline by warming prospects and opening doors.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to refine go-to-market strategies and campaigns.
  • Provide field insights to inform product development and commercial messaging.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry (mandatory).
  • 3–4 years of experience in B2B sales or business development focused on new business acquisition.
  • Proven track record in prospecting, lead generation, and closing new business deals.
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to influence key decision-makers.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
