Company
is building a smart financial platform designed to replace legacy factory-era ERPs with automated accounting and real-time reporting.
What you will do
- Open and close deals using subject-matter credibility and an existing executive network.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate local market standards and compliance requirements.
- Build strategic relationships with CFOs, VPs of Finance, and Controllers at multi-entity businesses.
- Represent the company at industry events and finance communities.
- Provide market insights to guide product roadmap and expansion sequencing.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in finance (CFO, Head of Finance, or Controller) at scaling international companies.
- Exceptional network of CFOs and finance leaders in DACH, Benelux, or Italy.
- Proven ability to build commercial relationships, navigate procurement, and close deals.
- Fluency in German and English.
- Experience and comfort in early-stage startup environments.
- Deep understanding of modern AI-native finance technology vs. legacy ERPs.
Nice to have
- Experience evaluating or implementing financial platforms or ERPs at a scaling company.
- Commercial or advisory experience, such as consulting, interim CFO, or board-level roles.
- Previous experience working in fast-growing startups or scale-ups.
- Established presence in the DACH fintech or SaaS ecosystem.
