What you will do

• Manage and improve the EHSMS compliance score and associated documentation.
• Develop and deliver the health and safety strategy across the EMEA region.
• Conduct risk assessments for events, incidental tasks, and verify contractor method statements.
• Lead accident investigations to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate safety meetings, maintain the site training matrix, and conduct new starter inductions.
• Support security, crisis management, and business continuity programs.

Requirements

• NEBOSH International Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety or equivalent
• Chartered Member of IOSH or actively working towards this membership
• Experience in managing EHS requirements across the EMEA region.
• Ability to liaise with external regulators and government agencies.
