What you will do

• Lead and mentor the site-based HSE team to improve performance and establish a strong safety culture.
• Develop project and site HSE plans aligned with business objectives and company strategy.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and collaborate with Client HSE personnel to ensure high compliance standards.
• Conduct onsite HSE audits and inspections to ensure adherence to legislation and internal standards.
• Manage incident investigations, performing root cause analysis and implementing mitigation actions.
• Provide training and guidance to site personnel and management on HSE initiatives and regulations.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Dalry, UK
• Proven experience in Auditing, Inspection, and Incident Management.
• Deep knowledge of HSE Legislation and CDM Regulations.
• Experience within the Industrial Services sector and Petrochemical Industry.
• NVQ 5 / NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent) and NEBOSH General Certificate.
• Grad IOSH Status.
