What you will do

• Conduct fire risk assessments in accordance with current legislation, standards, and best practice.
• Identify fire safety risks and provide clear recommendations for mitigation.
• Produce and quality-check detailed technical fire risk assessment reports.
• Liaise with clients professionally, providing technical advice and support.
• Manage site visits and maintain accurate records within digital systems.

Requirements

• Level 3 qualification in Fire Risk Assessment or Fire Safety (Level 4 preferred).
• Minimum of 12 months' experience conducting fire risk assessments.
• Full UK Driving Licence and willingness to travel extensively as part of the role.
• Experience in commercial, industrial, and residential environments.
• Ability to interpret and apply fire safety legislation, including the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005.

Nice to have

• NEBOSH Fire Qualification.
• Asbestos Awareness certification.
• Experience assessing complex or industrial premises.
• Experience conducting technical reviews or audits of fire risk assessments.
