What you will do

• Review and analyze contractor and subcontractor proposals for accuracy.
• Perform proposal leveling to compare bids effectively across different vendors.
• Identify missing scope items, exclusions, or pricing discrepancies in proposals.
• Create and maintain detailed bid comparison sheets using Excel.
• Coordinate with internal teams regarding pricing details and proposal clarifications.
• Organize and maintain comprehensive records of proposals, estimates, and correspondence.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of construction processes and industry terminology.
• Experience reviewing construction bids, pricing, or proposals.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel for data organization and analysis.
• Experience using Outlook for professional communication and documentation.
• High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Availability to work during the 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST schedule.
