What you will do

• Manage the commercial and contractual performance of assigned projects.
• Execute cost planning, estimating, and post-contract procurement duties.
• Implement commercial and procurement strategies to ensure value for money.
• Maintain and comply with Environmental, Health, Safety, Security, and Quality Standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support business objectives and client account development.

Requirements

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or a similar construction-related technical discipline.
• Proven technical and project delivery experience within a consultancy, contractor, developer, or client-side organisation.
• Experience in stakeholder management and client account development.
• Strong ability to prioritise workloads and deliver against strict deadlines.
• Location: Must be based in Athens, Greece for a hybrid work arrangement.
