What you will do

• Lead Agile teams by facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coach teams on Agile principles and Scrum best practices for continuous improvement.
• Partner with stakeholders and engineering teams to define priorities and remove blockers.
• Manage project timelines, risks, and dependencies across multiple initiatives.
• Track progress and communicate milestones to internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate the delivery of AI-enabled software solutions across cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Project Manager in software development.
• Deep understanding of Scrum methodologies and Agile delivery frameworks.
• Experience in consulting or client-facing environments managing multiple stakeholders.
• Exposure to AI, machine learning, or AI-driven software initiatives.
• Must be based in LATAM or the United States.

Nice to have

• Scrum certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent).
