What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of strategic AI engineering programmes, covering planning, execution, monitoring, and release.
• Partner with product and technical leadership to translate AI strategy into executable delivery plans.
• Coordinate efforts across software engineering, data science, data engineering, AI governance, and product teams.
• Manage complex project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and resource allocation across multiple workstreams.
• Drive delivery using agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) to ensure transparency, predictability, and quality outcomes.
• Track and report delivery metrics and business outcomes to executive leadership.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience delivering technical projects or programmes in software or product-led organisations.
• Strong programme management skills in scope, schedule, risk, and stakeholder management.
• Understanding of the AI/ML development lifecycle, including model development, deployment, and production operations.
• Solid technical foundation with the ability to understand software architecture and data science workflows.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives and influencing at senior levels.
• Must be based in or be able to work from the Dublin, Ireland office.

Nice to have

• Experience delivering AI/ML or data science programmes at scale.
• Understanding of modern ML technologies including LLMs, NLP, generative AI, and agentic frameworks.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps practices.
• Experience working with AI governance, compliance, or responsible AI initiatives.
• Professional project management certification (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master).
